The Miracle Mineral Supplement Scam
by 7redorbs 01-07-2010, 12:06 PM

Many of you may have heard of Miracle Mineral Supplement, but most of you will not have. Many of you are expecting it to be a "Scam" Already. However I do not believe this to be true.

I believe Jim Humble, is a man of good intentions, I believe Chlorine Dioxide (the constituent component of MMS) does have extremely interesting properties that warrant prolonged study by bio chemists and physicians around the world.

What We already know about Chlorine Dioxide
Chlorine dioxide is an antimicrobial pesticide recognise for its disinfectant properties since the early 1900s. It kills microorganisms by disrupting the transport of nutrients across the cell wall of microbes. Chlorine dioxide can be generated in a gas or liquid form.
- quote: Chlorine dioxide has antibacterial effect on Salmonella--contaminated eggs. - Free Online Library

As is often the case with university educated geniuses - their brilliance has been downtoned with doubt of bold claims, because that is precisely what they are taught to do. Because they are 'right'!. Apparently.

The Mini-Study

I have conducted a miny study to consider the viability of Chlorine Dioxide Oxidization as a treatment for skin disorders such as Eczema

The participant bought his own CL<02

The protocol was to add 2 ampules of 15% w/w Chlorine Dioxide (Miracle Mineral Supplement) and react them with 5 ampules of 100% Citric Acid solution. The Chemistry is that the Chlorine base reacts with the acid, therefore releasing the two (DI) oxide bonds composed in the chlorine dioxide molecule.

After 3 minutes of the 2 ampule mms and 5 ampule citric acid, water is added to the solution and stirred. The participant takes a cloth and rubs in a small amount of the solution into the Eczema area of complaint. (10ml max) . The remaining 440ml is consumed orally by the participant. [b] Please note, if anyone intends to try this be EXTREMELY CAREFUL to use 2 ampules chlorine dioxide 15% w/w. Drinking pure Chlorine Dioxide is lethal, almost guaranteed.

To be sold Chlorine Dioxide is labeled "hazchem".

Over this mini trial run period of approximately 2 weeks, pictures were taken of the area of affliction at the intervals declared below. The Chlorine Dioxide does indeed seem to have an affect, more research including double blind trials need to be done to analyse whether this is random fluctuations in skin health, or some biological or immune reaction to application of the chemical solution.

The reactions observed seem to be consistent to the author of this article with either skin irritation, removal of dry skin, or actual full reversal of the eczema, and subsequent healing. Unfortunately after the first week the participant forgot to use it on several occasions, AND was unable to resist scratching. This is unfortunately a deep flaw in the experiment. As, if healing was to occur, irritation would be consistent with existing knowledge of healing skin and organs. (e.g.. itching).

Conclusions

Although this study is insufficient to document, explain or facilitate the findings. It supports that the Oxidization may have unique affects for patients who are unable to take certain kinds of drugs. The participant had no complaints during participation of this experiment, in fact reported an increase in energy, I feel this could be a result of the high toxicity to Anaerobic Pathogens, however this cannot be considered a sufficient explanation as - indeed, you should not expect to find Anaerobic pathogens on the skin.

However, the oral ingestion of the chemical could most definitely have an effect on all anaerobic pathogens.

It is claimed by, usually people who have absolutely positively NOT researched this chemical, and the documentation at the Environmental Protection Agency and other medical papers which show in low doses chlorine dioxide most definitely is _not necessarily_ harmful.

This mini trial shows that there are indeed interesting biological properties associated with the Chlorine Dioxide Miracle Mineral Supplement. Scam or no scam, the bio-chemistry is positively un-ignorable - and these results make extremely positive encouragement into the possible use of this as a potential treatment for Eczema.

Other interesting features of the chemical are is that it kills every single 'harmful' Anaerobic pathogen inside the body, every single one, this is done via oxygeneration. Note: It is more likely a prevention against flu and the common cold, and not necessarily a cure for it. An examination as to whether this chemical could be used to cure other anaerobic pathogens such as Clostridium difficile, Salmonella, E-Coli, Botulism , Shigella, Cholera, Campylobacter, reducing the symptoms thereof, or even applications such as an inexpensive and safe treatment for harmful viruses such as H1N1 and variants.

One thing is clear, and that is more research needs to be done into this miracle chemical which seems to kill many thousands (if not all) anaerobic pathogens , due to it's oxidising properties. At worst it would reduce the affects of E.coli and salmonella significantly, after onset, and at best, reverse some of the symptoms experienced.

We may have a wonder drug here. It is true this is a remarkably interesting study which shows promising results. Unfortunately I cannot claim that it has healed the participant. However, until the double blind, you may make your own judgments, perceptions and conclusions via this data - to add to the plethora of other claims about the interesting properties of CL>O2.

Please, be careful if you want to try this, it is hazchem, after all. Spend 2 years researching like I did, first.

I'm not into homeopathy at all however chlorine dioxide is the one "home cureall remedy" that I'm a believer in. I've never heard of it being applied to the skin though that's interesting. When you prepare your chlorine dioxide you mix it right before applying it to the skin correct ? What do you use as an acid when you mix it.. lemon juice ?

Hey Reptilian. Glad to see you comment on this, it is an interesting thing that merits some study, if not for thoroughness and the amazing properties i've observed of the chemical, then to show that it is either extremely dangerous (at the MMS recommended protocol) - or extremely safe.

So far I have seen nothing to indicate it would be dangerous, at 1 ampule of Chlorine Dioxide @ 15% w/w with 5 ampules of pure citric acid (actual extract. just citric acid)

The protocol does not change from Jim Humbles protocol (I do mention it briefly in the article) - once the two are reacted for 3 minutes..450ml of water is added to the solution, watering it down many thousands of times, it seems though the oxygen is quite rich in concentrate and is still quite 'present' (and you can certainly smell it).

Only 10ml or so is rubbed in, a nominal, minimal amount, just to see if the results are encouraging. 1 Ampule CLO2 is obviously the lowest dose there is, short of reducing the initial concentrate below 15% w/w, or using twice the amount of water in the dilution. In essence, I was rather surprised this worked the way it did.

What do you think of the results? I hope to continue this study soon!

yours,
A
